Household Health

PHF focuses on household health. This includes protecting life and promoting healthy living through health education, nutrition, and medical support

Household Education

PHF works on household education and aims to promote both formal and informal education among children, teenagers, youth, women, and the elderly

Food Security

Promoting food security by promoting viable and productive agricultural practices and resource management is a key objective

Economic Development

PHF is involved in promoting economic development. They aim to support poor families out of poverty and reduce poverty and contribute to the general improvement in the living conditions, empowering Ugandans to access social services and organize their own social and economic activities

Protection and Support of Vulnerable Groups

PHF is committed to ensuring total protection and support of vulnerable individuals. This includes ensuring that the vulnerable, teenagers, crippled, and elderly widows have their protection and development put at the core of all their interventions

Support for HIV Victims and Affected Persons

PHF aims at encouraging hope to HIV victims and affected persons and provides services in the area of HIV/AIDS.

Empowerment of Women

PHF aims to train and empower women in production and leadership roles, encouraging/preparing them for participation in community activities. They also work to enhance the provision of sanitary pads to girls, enabling them to manage their menstruation and learn skills to make reusable pads to prevent them from missing school

Community Development

PHF aims to facilitate the participation of grass root communities in national growth and development. They also strive to partner with government and other organizations in programs that foster unity, development, social welfare, and community dignity.

Environmental Awareness

PHF promotes awareness of environmental problems and their solutions through agro-forestry, conservation of natural resources, and encouragement of population control

Cultural Preservation

They aim to promote and preserve cultural values through literature, music, and drama

Promoting Unity and Inclusivity

PHF aims to promote unity among the community by creating a non-sectarian atmosphere where persons are not judged by their religious beliefs, ethnical or cultural background, colour, race, sex, or political affiliation

Resource Mobilization

PHF aims to receive and administer gifts, offering grants, aid, and other contributions for carrying out the objectives of the organization and receive and mobilize resources, locally and abroad, to secure a sound financial base. They also have the power to borrow, raise, or secure the payment of money.

Infrastructure Development

PHF has the objective to acquire land and buildings for carrying out projects and establish, maintain, and ensure the highest standards of responsibility, conscientiousness, fairness, and integrity among the members of the company

Household Education

PHF works to promote both formal and informal education among children, teenagers, youth, women, and the elderly.
They also aim to facilitate community access to information, education, and communication (IEC) for life skills development, family enrichment, food security, poverty eradication, healthy living, and conflict management.
PHF focuses on mitigating school dropouts, early marriages, and violence against children through mobilization and sensitization.
Household education is a core area in their Christian approach.
PHF addresses the issue of illiteracy prevalent in several communities in Uganda.
PHF also works to enhance the provision of sanitary pads to girls thus enabling them to manage their menstruation.
PHF aims to enable vulnerable girls to learn skills of making re-usable pads and enable them produce local pads, hence ensuring female students do not miss school just because they are menstruating.
